Hello, I am Pastor Brad. I would like to welcome you to the Cowboy Church of Anchorage Website. I am glad you are interested in the Church and I am interested in meeting you in person. If you are stopping by our website to inquire about us or inquire about the Cowboy Church in general let me give you a picture of worship at our church.
We are a Bible teaching church with varied types of music with a definite country music direction. We want to give a homelike feel, with discipleship, service to others, and focus on Jesus. The Cowboy Church of Anchorage is a place where ALL people are welcome. You don’t have to be a “Cowboy” or "Cowgirl” in the traditional sense of the word. We are a loving church who is dedicated to the Bible and its teachings. We are also dedicated to each other and our community. Cowboy Church, the way we use it, is a place where you can feel at HOME. If you are Big City, Down Home Country, or anything in between, you will feel right at home here with us. We strive to be welcoming to all people. If you have had a rough ride out there in life, we want you to come on in from the range and settle down with us. You will find a place where you are welcome and where you can relax and feel warm and at home. If you love Jesus and the Word of God, then you will love it here.
Giddy up and get on over to the Cowboy Church of Anchorage and worship with us this Sunday at 9:30 a.m. We meet at Wayland Baptist University - 7801 E 32nd Ave.
Pastor Brad Burns and his lovely family.

Here is a message from Cher Culver. Please, let us all pray for our sister in Christ... .MRI results show possible malignant mass about 1.5" on the tail of my pancreas. Will have an endoscopy done first (waiting for an appt) and then surgery around the first week of April. Please keep me in your prayers that this won't be malignant/or that the surgeon can get it all and I can heal completely. Thank you so very much for your prayers and support. Your Sister in Christ, Cher
Please continue to pray for Jim Strickland as he continues on the road to recovery from his recent surgery.
